How to Measure

1.

Wear form-fitting clothing or measure directly on skin.

2.

Use a soft measuring tape, not a rigid ruler.

3.

Keep the tape snug but not tight.

4.

Have someone help you for the most accurate results.

Chest / Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist

Measure around the natural waistline β€” the narrowest part of the torso, typically 1–2 inches above the belly button.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of the hips, approximately 7–9 inches below the natural waist.

Height

Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch to the ankle bone along the inner leg. Required for shorts and pants styles.
