2. Custom Order Policy
All costumes are made-to-order based on your specifications. Please note the following:
- All orders are final once production has begun. We cannot accept cancellations after the design approval stage.
- Accurate measurements are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided.
- Design approval must be confirmed in writing (via email) before production begins.
- Production time is typically 3–4 weeks from design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment or a deposit (as agreed) is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

- Express shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch

5. Returns and Refunds
Because all costumes are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your costume arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Custom Dance Costume and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
